Indo Pacific Energy is a start up company that has studied the power demand mainly in South East Asian countries and through discussions with various electricity commissions, has a full understanding of the problems and needs.
We have the unique skills to provide the solution and the time is right to invest in the World's fast change to clean LNG.
Indo Pacific Energy has designed a floating solution using Natural Gas to deliver electrical power to onshore from onboard a ship berthed at a wharf or a dolphin mooring.
For the onboard LNG storage designs the responsibility to maintain the LNG supply infrastructure shall be IPE and in the case of NG direct from onshore the gas supply responsibility is the Client’s.
The asset is operated and maintained at NO COST to the client.
Dimensions:
LNG (STORAGE) power ships.
100MW Length Over All = 210m.
200MW L.O.A. = 300m.
Breadth = 32.2m
Depth = 18.5m & 20.5m
Draft = 5.0m & 6m
NATURAL GAS (FROM ASHORE) power ships.
200MW L.O.A. = 190m – 210m
300MW L.O.A. = 230m – 240m
Generation capacity of 100, 200 or 300MW by Natural Gas powered gen-sets fitted inboard a ship.
Closed loop air cooling system ensures no impact to the surrounding waterways.
LNG fuelling is by ship-to-ship at no cost to end- user.
Endurance of 45 days at full load for the 100MW power ship from the onboard LNG storage tanks.
Environmental friendly fuel used, zero carbon emissions; thus allowing end-user to demonstrate the effort to reduce reliance on coal and reduce carbon emissions.
World Bank loans are available for non-polluting methods of power generation.
Facility is modified and fitted at MINIMAL UPFRONT COST to the client
LNG ship-to-ship fuelling at no cost to client.
Operation of the power ship is by vessel owner at no cost to client.
At the end of vessel life (around 25 years), ALL on-board equipment can be transferred onshore for continued use.
Company will train local staff & leaders to take over operations & maintenance upon expiry of contract to ensure 100% local human resource while ensuring technology transfer
Educational visits as well as training of local vocational students to ensure continuous supply of skilled manpower for the project
